Highlights from this month's report:
* November was the second busiest month on record with 877 answered phone calls to the helpline.
* The number of emails received has increased again in November. It was the third busiest month on record with over 170 received and answered.
* General re-sale calls have increased again with consumers enquiring how to sell their ownership.
*Calls on specific cold calling re-sale companies have also increased from previous months.
* It is believed that re-sale general and specific calls have increased due to the arrival of maintenance fee bills that are sent at this time of year and cold calling companies taking advantage of this.
